HOUSE RULES

• Loud talking, singing, playing music and playing music on electronic devices are prohibited in the guest rooms from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• The night’s rest lasts from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise and other disturbances are to be avoided during this time throughout the house and also outside in front of the building.
• Throwing objects (garbage, cigarette ash, etc.) out of the windows is prohibited.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Tampering with smoke detectors is illegal and can lead to fines or legal consequences. Please do not deactivate or block them. In the event of a breach of the smoking ban, cleaning costs of €100 will be charged. If a fire alarm is triggered due to unauthorized smoking or tampering with a smoke detector, the costs of the fire department call-out must be paid on site (€350).
• In the event of violations of these rules, the operator is obliged to remind guests of these prohibitions and, if necessary, to take appropriate measures to prevent further violations.
• It is not permitted to bring animals into the house. This also applies to illegal substances and illegally possessed objects.
• Drinking alcohol is only permitted in the breakfast room.
• Preparing food in the rooms and taking food into the rooms is prohibited.
• It is forbidden to wash and hang up laundry in the rooms. Please use the washing machines and dryers in the basement for this purpose.
• Room cards must be handed in at reception on departure.
• Please only use the bed allocated to you by reception.
• It is not permitted to bring persons from outside the hotel into the rooms.
• If you would like to extend your stay, please let reception know by 10 a.m. at the latest, otherwise the cleaning service will remove your belongings and bed linen and you will be charged €7 to clear your room.
• The cleaning staff must be granted access to the rooms between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. in order to clean them.
• If you are the last person to leave the room, please switch off the light.
• It is forbidden to lean out of the window or sit on the windowsill. Nothing may be placed on the windowsill or thrown out of the window.
• You are responsible for the safekeeping of your own belongings.
