Reception opening hours: 24 hours a day

Age regulations: When staying overnight without a parent or legal guardian, the necessary minimum age of the guest is 16. Moreover, parental consent is still required for guests under the age of 18. Childer older than 6 years are welcome.

The maximum length of stay: 14 days

Arrival (check-in): Any time after 2 p.m. (Luggage may be placed in the luggage area earlier.)
Departure (check-out): Up to 10 a.m. 
Breakfast: 7.00 a.m. until 10 a.m. (on Sundays until 11.00 a.m.)
Bed linen: Free of charge

Towels: available in twin and triple rooms

Wi-Fi: Free of charge

A deposit of 5 € for a key card required (deposits for other items applicable)

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Single Reservations:

-with guarantee (payment in advance): The reservation is upheld all night long and is billed even if you do not appear.

-without guarantee: The reservation is upheld until 6 p.m. at the latest. If you have not arrived by that time, we will be forced to allocate the room or the bed to other guests. Should you be delayed, please telephone us immediately. We shall then wait a while, providing the room/the bed is not required urgently for other guests. However, we can provide no guarantee. For this reason, it is advisable to arrive as early as possible.

Group Reservations:

CANCELLATION FEE:

-Normal case:

up to 42 days prior to arrival: Free of charge

up to 28 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total price of the reservation 

up to 14 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price of the reservation

If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

-New Year's Eve and public Holidays:

up to 3 months prior to arrival: Free of charge

up to 42 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total price of the reservation

up to 28 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price of the reservation

If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

PREPAYMENT:

Once the group has been fixed, it is usual to pay a 50% deposit 4 weeks before arrival. The balance is due on the day of arrival at the latest.
If the group is fixed for New Year’s Eve or public holidays, then a 50% deposit is payable 3 months before arrival. The balance is due on the day of arrival at the latest.

Breakfast: Is not included in the price but may be ordered each morning if desired for an extra charge of € 4.80. Eat as much as you like.
